Policies for Shipping/ Returns/ Warranties/ Liabilities
Sally's Saddles may use either USPS, Fed Ex or UPS to ship products. Please call if you would like to request a different shipper or have special shipping needs (extra charges may apply). We strive to deliver your saddle as soon as possible. Some orders may take only a few days to receive. Most orders will take just a few days and can be shipped directy to you from the warehouse. However, since these saddles are imported from Germany, some orders may require 4-6 weeks before we are able to ship them to you. Sally's Saddles will contact you if your order will require extra shipping time.
Orders within the continental U.S. will have a fixed rate of $75.00 per saddle for any saddle order. Any accessories, including pads, ordered with your saddle order will be shipped with your saddle at no extra cost. Accessories ordered separately without a saddle order will have a fixed rate as follows. Variations may apply depending on weight and destination, you will be informed before shipping if your item requires additional costs.
All orders valued at over $500.00 will require a signature due to the value and insurance purchased for that order.

Please check your order as soon as possible and call Sally's Saddles regarding any concerns on your order such as damages, wrong item,etc.
- Please call first if you need to return an item 719 369-6451
- All merchandise must be returned within 14 days upon receipt. All merchandise must be in brand new condition, unused and with all tags intact and attached to item, original sales receipt must be returned with item. You can not return used merchandise. A 20% return fee applies to all items plus shipping costs. . Customer is responsible for return shipping as well. No refunds after 14 days, unless it is a refund that applies under the 12 month warranty, see below.
- Special orders or used items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- If you received the item with a free shipping promotion then the standard shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Please return the item through a trackable insured shipping method and ship to Sally's Saddles 1050 1st Street Penrose, Co. 81240
- If you cancel an order after it has processed but before it is shipped any credit card processing fees will be deducted from your return
- If you cancel an order after it has shipped but before it arrives the 20% fee and shipping costs apply
- Refunds may take up to 30 days to process
All Barefoot® Saddles carry a 12 month warranty on workmanship from date of purchase. This warranty is covered only for saddles that are sold by authorized U.S. dealers. Damage resulting from misuse or neglect of the product is not covered by this warranty. Cosmetic and appearance changes to the natural leather products are a fact of nature and are not covered under this warranty. No additional warranties apply.
Limitations of Liabilities
Inherent dangers and risks are involved with equestrian activities. Sally's Saddles, Inc. cannot be held responsible for injury or damages that result while participating in such activities. Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities from use of product(s).
Sally's Saddles, Inc. reserves the right to change terms, pricing, or conditions of the products offered. Sally's Saddles, Inc. is not responsible for misprints or misrepresentations on any of their publications.
